Youth Mission Trip to LAKOTA TRIBE IN SOUTH DAKOTA

Unusual Soldiers is taking a handful of high school students on a mission trip to bless the Lakota Sioux tribe on the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota. This will be a work related trip, and it may not be easy, but the rewards of being Jesus to these people is worth it. This trip will require five training sessions to help prepare students. Sessions will teach students how to raise support, how to connect with God, and how to respectfully engage those from another culture. Before students go to the Rez they will spend a couple days in the Black Hills to gain understanding of the history, sorrows, and beliefs of the Native Americans in South Dakota. During the mission trip phase we will be teaming up with Next Step Ministries and joining other mission-minded youth from around the USA.
