Urgent Appeal: Emergency Relief for the Himalayan Flash Floods
A catastrophic flash flood swept through mountain valleys along the Nepal–China border. A massive glacier collapse plunged down the mountain slope into the river valley, breaching natural river barriers and unleashing a torrent of water, mud, and debris downstream. The destruction swept away homes, bridges, and infrastructure, leaving communities devastated, numerous lives lost, and many individuals missing.
Our Emergency Fund is mobilizing immediate aid to support Nepali partners delivering critical relief on the ground. Through our close network of friends and local pastors, we are directly connected with families who have lost loved ones or are waiting for news of the missing.
Our local partners—our Unusual Soldiers—are actively strategizing with leaders in the area to transport essential supplies, providing food, water, shelter, and bringing hope to those affected by this tragedy.
